Our disk material has manganese steel and boron steel two kinds. Heat treatment hardness is different, for material manganese hardness is 38-45HRC, for boron material boron steel hardness is 45-48HRC. We will following your requirements using different material. We are able to machining disk diameter from 12” to 40”, thickness from 3mm to 12mm. The form has notched, smoothed, flat, waved and so on. If you have drawing, we are able to following your drawing to machining. Our production capacity is 5,000-8,000pcs/month.
